We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR DETAILED, ARTISTIC, SEMI-INVASIVE SERVICES, WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR NO GUEST POLICY.   ONLY THOSE WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO.  

COVID-19: In the event that you may sick are exposed to someone who is sick, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment and STAY HOME!

 PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO CONTACT US. PROOF OF YOUR COVID TEST WILL PREVENT ANOTHER DEPOSIT.   

 LATENESS:  Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location HERE.  We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION!   Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency.  Late arrivals will be cancelled, and deposits may be forfeited. An additional deposit of $50 will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time   

  CANCELLATIONS:  Please allow 48HRS or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48HRS notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your microblading deposit.  Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48HRS notice.    

NO GUESTS PLEASE: Due to the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many malls, coffee shops, restaurants and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.     

MICROBLADING DEPOSITS:  A SQUARE BOOKING SYSTEM NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all microblading appointments. Deposits will be charged to the credit card you provided upon booking your online reservation. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your MICROBLADING appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to your appointment when you receive your appointment reminder.   

MICROBLADING BALANCE:  Remaining balance will be paid the day of your appointment.  Due to the nature of our detailed services, the artists’ focus is solely on the design and satisfaction of their customers.  Unlike a traditional salon, there is no receptionist or cash register present in the studio to handle transactions.   

 FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS: If you are a return client and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, please call or text our concierge directly at (480) 217-3602.      WAITLIST: We very rarely have cancellations or rescheduled appointments, however please speak to our concierge directly by phone if you would like to be added to the waitlist.    

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS: We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work.  If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you text us clear photos of your brows for approval and must be 90 percent lightened or removal BEFORE your appointment booking for a BROW TATTOO CORRECTION. In addition to the photos in your text  please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.     

GRATUITIES We do not accept gratuities on credit cards, we only accept them through cash.  They are not necessary but welcomed, of course. :)   

 IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:  Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are a page here on our website and are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
